By downloading, installing, or using any Edge Score mobile application or accessing our website (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Description of Services
Edge Score provides sports analytics, live scores, AI-powered predictions, and fantasy sports companion tools across multiple sports including football, basketball, baseball, tennis, cricket, rugby, American football, ice hockey, e-sports, handball, volleyball, and table tennis.
Our Services include both free and premium features. Premium features require a paid subscription.
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
4.1 Premium Subscriptions
Edge Score offers premium subscriptions that unlock advanced features. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (weekly or monthly) as selected at the time of purchase.
4.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store / Play Store account settings.
4.3 Refunds
Refund requests are subject to the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play. We are unable to issue refunds directly. Please contact the relevant store's support for refund assistance.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Services
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
- Use the Services to transmit unsolicited communications or malware
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
- Share or resell access to premium features with others
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, AI models, and software — are the exclusive property of Edge Score or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Sports data, predictions, and AI recommendations are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice and should not be used as the sole basis for financial, betting, or other decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Edge Score shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites or services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our discretion.
