Privacy Policy

SureBetExpert

Effective date: October 19, 2026

1. Introduction

SureBetExpert ("we", "us", or "our") operates the SureBetExpert mobile application and website (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Services. Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the Services.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

We do not require you to create an account to use the App. We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily contact us for support.

On the website you can choose to sign in with Google. If you do, Google (through Firebase Authentication) shares your name, email address and profile photo with us. We use them only to keep you signed in and to save what you choose to keep on the website (for example a fantasy watchlist). You can sign out at any time, and ask us to delete this data (see Contact Us).

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

When you use our Services, we may automatically collect:

  • Device identifiers (advertising ID, device model, OS version)
  • App usage data (screens viewed, features used, session duration)
  • Crash reports and performance diagnostics
  • IP address and approximate geographic location (country/region level)
  • Language and timezone settings
  • Browser type and version (for website visitors)

2.3 Website visits

When you open a page on the website we record a page view: the page address and title, the site that sent you there and any campaign tags in the link, your device type and browser, the time, and your approximate location (country, region, city, approximate coordinates and internet provider), which our network provider Cloudflare derives from your IP address. We do not store your IP address. Cloudflare Web Analytics also measures page performance without cookies.

If you send us feedback with the website's feedback form, we receive your message, the topic you chose, the page you were on, your device type and browser, your country, and the email address if you give one (only to reply to you). We do not store your IP address; a one-way code made from it is used only to limit how many messages can be sent each day.

The website keeps a few small values in your browser's local storage, such as whether you collapsed the app banner and how many times you visited today (used to suggest the app at most once a day). They never leave your device.

2.4 In-App Purchases

If the App offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Purchase history and entitlement status may be shared with us by the relevant platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Services and their features
  • Improve, personalise, and expand the Services
  • Understand how users interact with the Services (analytics)
  • Diagnose technical problems and fix bugs
  • Send push notifications (only with your permission)
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information:

  • With service providers who assist us in operating the Services (analytics, crash reporting, notifications), under confidentiality agreements.
  • For legal compliance — if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
  • In a business transfer — if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as a business asset.

6. Data Retention

We retain automatically collected data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy (typically 24 months for analytics data). You may request deletion of any personal data we hold by contacting us at the email below.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete such information.

8. Push Notifications

The App may request permission to send push notifications (e.g., score alerts, injury updates, fantasy tips). You can disable push notifications at any time in your device's system settings. Disabling notifications does not affect your ability to use the App.

9. Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Opt out of advertising-related data processing

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
